What is my GS ID?
In the context of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), a GS ID refers to the Functional Group Identifier Code. This code is part of the EDI envelope and is used to group related sets of transaction data within an EDI interchange.
As an Orderful customer, we support the use of one or multiple high level ISA ID without the need for subset GS ID.
When your partner asks you for both an ISA ID AND a GS ID you can share your ISA ID twice.
Example:
ISA ID: ODFLTINYSTORE
GS ID: ODFLTINYSTORE
