Manage System Email Notifications

This feature allows you to efficiently manage and customize your system email notifications in Orderful, ensuring you stay informed about important events and statuses in your EDI transactions and relationships. By utilizing this feature, you can ensure that you and your team are promptly informed about critical issues and changes, allowing you to respond quickly and maintain smooth EDI operations. Notification settings can be customized to match your specific needs and preferences as a user and can be unique to your role and permissions at your Organization.

To enable or disable email notifications from Orderful you can:

  1. Sign in to your Orderful account:
  2. Click on your icon in the upper right of the Orderful UI landing page, then select Settings from the drop-down.
  3. Under User Settings, select Notifications.
  4. If unchecked, an email notification will not be triggered; if checked, a notification will be triggered everytime the corresponding event occurs.
