I can’t find my trading partner when creating a new Trade Request. What should I do?

When creating a trade request, you should:

  1. Try to type your partner name on the Company Name field.If you find one result matching your partner's ISA ID under its name, select it.
  2. If you can’t find your partner by name, or if there too many results for your partner name, you can refine your search by entering your partner ISA ID. If you find one result matching your partner's ISA ID under its name, select it.
  3. If you still can find your partner, that means it’s not yet in the Orderful network. You can enter your partner name and select it as a new company. You’ll have to key in its ISA ID Qualifier and ISA ID on subsequent fields as well.
